Dru yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit – improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating the whole being.

As a mother of two young children, I have found that Dru yoga has been the foundation upon which I am able to parent effectively. Thanks to Dru yoga, I need less sleep,I am calmer with my children and more focused in life.

Peaceful Mothering classes are gentle and nurturing, reminding mothers to love themselves first. We are only able to give to our children from a full cup. It is our responsibility as mothers to care for ourselves. Self-love and self-care are the core of my teachings.

When we practice self-love, we are able to offer that love out into the world.
